Single Account Sign in

I designed the Single Account Sign-In experience that unified the Alaska Mileage Plan loyalty program and the HawaiianMiles loyalty program under the new Atmos™ Rewards platform. This work included 17 user flows, covering both web and mobile, and addressed multiple error states, multi-brand sign-in logic, and account-linking edge cases.

100x downloads in its first week

Rewards Hub

I designed the Atmos™ Rewards Hub, the core experience of Alaska Airlines’ new loyalty ecosystem. The Hub brings together milestones, perks, and premium credit-card benefits into a single, unified view—helping members understand, manage, and redeem their rewards across web and mobile.

The Challenge

Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines were launching a unified loyalty program that combined perks, milestones, and credit card rewards, each with different rules and technical requirements.

The Approach

Working closely with product, engineering, and brand studio, I led UX design for both web and app versions of the Rewards Hub.

Delivered annotated prototypes, responsive behavior specs, and visual states for empty, active, and expired rewards.

I designed 20 unique user flows for the Rewards Hub and built responsive versions for desktop, tablet, mobile, and the app. Every flow was fully annotated for development and prototyped across all devices, resulting in a final handoff of
80 high-fidelity annotated prototypes, all completed within two weeks.

The Result

The Atmos™ Rewards Hub became the primary loyalty experience for millions of users, simplifying reward tracking and redemption across channels. It set a new internal standard for tokenized design, scalability, and brand alignment.

Account Overview

I redesigned the Account Overview for Atmos™ Rewards, transforming it from a static balance page into a personalized dashboard that gives members a clear view of their points, perks, card benefits, and key actions. The new design works across AlaskaAir.com, mobile web, and the Atmos™ app, ensuring users have a consistent experience no matter how they log in.

The Approach

I started by analyzing heatmaps and interaction tracking

which showed where users expected to click, tap, or access key actions (like using points, viewing card perks, or upgrading status).  These insights helped inform layout, placement of quick links, and priority of features.

Atmos™ Enrollment Forms

Designing a unified, flexible sign-up flow for all loyalty members

The Challenge

The enrollment experience needed to support new members, Huaka‘i by Hawaiian travelers, Club 49 eligibility, Super Users enrolling minors or dependents, legal and identity verification requirements, and work seamlessly across desktop, mobile web, and app.

The Results

The new enrollment system replaced multiple disconnected forms with a single, adaptive experience that works across both airlines, all member types, and every device.

Wi-Fi Hub

I helped design the Wi-Fi Hub used on Starlink-enabled Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines flights. This experience allows guests to connect to

Wi-Fi, access loyalty benefits, and view offers, all within a single, branded interface.

The Challenge

The biggest design challenge was combining four brands on one screen: Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Starlink, and Atmos™ Rewards. The interface also needed to support ads, animations, and interactions without distracting from the primary task of getting passengers online quickly.

What I Did

My role was to provide UX guidance, design the visual look and micro-interactions, and create the SVG plane templates for both Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines.
